I will keep this brief, because I am very busy packing and getting ready to take 119 eighth grade students to the Malaysian rain forest. I will be gone for a week and look forward to coming back and seeing what I missed. In this every increasingly connected world, I leave with a slight sense of anxiety knowing that I will be completely disconnected. But as my connectedness reaches its apogee, it feels good to go back to nature leave cyber world for a few days. I will be back soon recharged and ready to go.
Note: Sorry I have been a bit m.i.a here at the flame, but I have been consumed at my new site. I hope to be back and writing much more when I get back.
